Just a superb experience! Definitely worthy of the two Michelin stars! The food was just amazing, as was the ambiance. It was really cool sitting in the back with a birds-eye view of the restaurant. This place is definitely worth the visit and the trek to the hotel. The food changes regularly, which keeps things interesting. It was also really neat to take a tour of the kitchen! Thank you to Goncalo, the GM, for taking great care of us. Cannot wait to return.

We really liked the chef's interpretation of modern Turkish cuisine. There was an excellent interpretation of traditional dishes, subtle flavors, modern interior and pleasant service. Worth visiting while in Istanbul.

It had all the trappings of a 2 Michelin Star experience, including beautiful plating and presentation, but for my personal taste, the food itself had some great dishes and some not so great. I really enjoyed the eggplant borek, the seafood tuna, the amazing fish with crispy crust and the excellent bread which was inexplicably served as the first course, but the others were simply okay or the different spices/sauces just didn’t work well. The presentation was fun like the egg bowl but also felt gimmicky, like a the elaborate knife selection that bewildered us because there nothing to use the large knife for since the lamb dish was served already thinly sliced. It would’ve worked if the food was amazing, but as it is, it left one wishing they have more thought to the food than the presentation. The desserts were good and we did enjoy the kitchen tour. Service was excellent except they were unable (unwilling?) to call us a taxi after the meal and the place is not the easiest to get to. We ended up walking to the nearby Hilton where a helpful doorman helped us get a taxi.

Let me Start by saying I had a wonderful night at Turk. The ambiance is sleek and elegant, very modern and relaxing. The staff is really excellent under every aspect. They are present, but not oppressive, polite but not stiff and ultimately very knowledgeable and enjoyable. The pace of the dinner is good - you have time to enjoy the dishes and don’t fall asleep between them. What I can’t give 5/5, considering the level of the establishment, is the food. Dishes are prepared very well, with careful tweezer work and great mastery, but in some cases the look is more surprising than the taste. There were 3 dishes than in my opinion stood out: the “mussel”, the sashimi and the grouper (this was the best). The lamb was not outstanding. The wine recommendations were on point, with good proposals of local wines, which will be unknown to most outside Turkey. Overall, was a great night, but the food itself failed to amaze me. I would recommend for the experience itself, which is lovely, but I think further work can be made in making the food special. They’re almost there.

We had a wonderful evening at FATIH TUTAK s restaurant. The combination of taste, culture and art was mind-blowing. The service is amazingly perfect and our seats at the chef’s table made us really witnessing what a two-star-kitchen is like. Thanks to Fatih Tutak for this great experience!

Having visited many Michelin Star restaurants around the world, Turk Fatih Tutak certainly holds it own reputation. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and sophisticated. The food was delicious and 5 of the 7 dishes were exquisite. The dishes were all unique, inspired, and with a story behind them. The wine pairings were all local, educational, and carefully selected - exactly what one wants from a Michelin restaurant. One critique is that the red wines were not decanted or chilled enough, this didn’t hinder our experience. The tour of the kitchen at the end was also fun. Highly recommend if you’re in Istanbul!

What an amazing experience 🙏🏻 One of the best fine dine restaurants that I experienced. Each course had a unique ingredient that made it special. All of the ingredients were local and special. You should definitely go to Turk Fatih Tutak 🚀

Perfect. The only way to truly describe the dining experience here. The service was outstanding, you would be greeted warmly at the door and ushered to your seat. The food was divine, and the 2 Michelin stars are so well deserved. The chef sticks to his roots with Turkish cuisine but completely elevates the dishes to a sophisticated level. My favourite was the bread- it’s just bread but with the butter and honeycomb it was divine. There was a take on street mussels- the dish looks like a mussel and tastes like it. A delight for the eyes and taste buds. We got a private tour of the kitchen because it was my friend’s birthday and it was eye opening seeing how organised and clean the kitchen is- it’s surprisingly small. They gave us a take home chocolate and copy of the menu too. Such a lovely touch
